Vic Morgano

President & CEO

Vic Morgano is the founder and president of The Morgano Agency, an independent insurance agency serving Greenville and the Upstate since 1998. He started in insurance at age 19 and spent 17 years with Prudential before opening his own agency. Today, Vic works with both personal and commercial insurance clients, including auto, homeowners, business, workers compensation, contractor, and liability coverage. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, traveling, and spending time with family.

Angie Riddle

Personal Lines Account Manager

Angie Riddle has worked in insurance since 2007 and joined The Morgano Agency in 2023 after two years as a branch manager at a local credit union. She works with personal lines clients and brings steady, practical service experience to the office. Outside of work, Angie enjoys spending time with her family and attending dirt motorsport races to watch her son and husband compete.

Our Story

The Morgano Agency is an independent insurance agency in Greenville, South Carolina with more than 40 years of insurance experience behind it. Vic Morgano started working in insurance at age 19 and spent 17 years at Prudential, learning every side of the business from policy writing to claims handling. By 1998, he knew exactly what kind of agency he wanted to build: one that put clients first, not carrier quotas.

That year, he opened The Morgano Agency in Greenville, South Carolina. The office at 206B Pine Knoll Dr, right behind Wade Hampton High School, has been home base ever since. What started as a one-person operation has grown into a team of five licensed professionals serving families and businesses across Greenville County and Upstate SC.

As an independent agency, we are not tied to a single insurance company. We represent multiple carriers and shop rates on your behalf. If your current carrier raises your premium at renewal, we pull quotes from competitors and find you a better deal. You keep the same agent and phone number. That is the advantage of working with an independent agency.

How We Work
